I am a mother of three children from South Gloucestershire. In may 2001 my 15 year old daughter tried to take her own life because of bullying at school. At the time I found a distinct lack of support for the parents and victims of bullying. I really needed to talk to someone who new exactly what I was feeling and what the rest of the family were going through.

We couldn't believe our daughter could be made to feel so worthless. Bullying does not only affect the victim but the whole family. As I was unable to find help, Bullywatch was formed to give help and support to those who suffer distress and anguish because of bullying. I don't want any more children to suffer like my daughter.

BullyWatch is not a charity, it is a non-funded organisation which is run by only 5 people. If you would like to volunteer to work with us, helping out with the general running of the organisation and fundraising etc for any amount of time we would be very pleased to hear from you. We would also be grateful of any donations that you may like to offer us in order to allow us to continue helping people affected by bullying.
